Transprism Artline is devoted to the complete satisfaction of our customers. Here are our policies based on the type of item in question:
Custom Clothing - If we have made a mistake in tailoring your clothing as expected, we offer free alteration, and a free remake where an alteration isn't reasonable or possible. If the customer has taken or entered measurements incorrectly and the garment doesn't fit as they expected, we will still alter it for the lowest price possible. In this case, if it's a relatively easy fix we will alter it for free; if not we will have to assess the lowest alteration fee we can; either way we ask the customer cover any shipping costs to and from our shop.
Please note that full refunds cannot be offered as they are for other products, and partial refunds can only be offered in limited cases, at our discretion, as it is customary in the tailoring business to alter or remake unsatisfactory garments. Custom clothing involves labor and materials that are unrecoverable, and we are unable to resell clothing that has been custom tailored for a customer.
Ready-made Clothing - Returns are available for ready-made items in the rare event a customer is unsatisfied, though we cannot replace shipping so we cannot refund the shipping portion*. In this case we only ask the following:
- We receive an email at service
transprism.com informing us that you may want a refund within 30 days of shipment and before you send any items back to us.
- We receive your returned items in the mail to our Chinese warehouse at the Return Address below.
- The returned items are still in original condition.
- Postage costs of mailing items back to us will not be refunded.
- Refunds may not be possible if measurements were provided. We now allow customers to enter a few key measurements when they buy certain ready-made items. If measurements are given (instead of just selecting a size) the policies for returns are the same as for custom clothing above, not the return policy for ready-made clothing.
Fabric - When fabrics are purchased as a separate item (not used in custom clothing) we must cut the length of fabric requested and send it to the customer. Since it may be difficult or impossible to resell the fabric to someone else we cannot offer refunds on fabric. Please note that there may be some difference in the colors of fabrics in our catalog and the actual fabrics due to the reflective nature of many of the fabrics, variations in die colors from one batch to the next, and differences in the way different monitors and computer settings display colors. We always do our best to represent our fabrics as closely as possible but do not guarantee exact representation.

- Order Cancellation
Please note that we are not obligated to allow a customer to cancel an order once it is placed. When orders for custom clothing and fabric are placed, we measure and cut fabric as soon as possible, which means we usually make an immediate investment of time and money on the order. It is rarely possible to cancel a custom order.

- Secure Payments
Your payment is made at a well-established and long-standing SSL secure Web site. This guarantees the security of your credit card and banking information. Also, Paypal, 2Checkout, and Transprism Shop will never give any of your information to any other party. In fact, only the site you specifically give information to will have this information. Please note:
- PayPal is known for securely housing millions of people's information expressly so that they do not have to give it to other sites or individuals.
- 2Checkout does not retain any of your credit card information.
- Transprism Shop does not take your credit card info and we will neither see, keep, nor transpmit your credit card information on the Internet. That is our policy, for your safety. Some sites unecessarily take credit card information and even save your CVV number!
- Account Information
We will not give any of your personal account or activity information to anyone and will never use it for anything other than satisfying your orders and requests as a customer of Transprism Shop! Also, if you do not want to receive emails or notifications of products, you can turn these features off or email us and let us know. We respect your wishes.
- Email Address
Please provide an email address you will check fairly often when signing up. At times we need to contact customers to ask about measurements that may be wrong based on our experience, or a fabric that is on backorder. Again, your email address and other information will not be used for SPAM or given to ANYONE!

- Transprism Shop cannot be held liable for typos on this site. We try to be as accurate as possible, but in the event an order is placed or payment is made on erroneous prices, we reserve the right to request the payment be reconciled or to void the order.
