How To Order

Placing Orders With the Shopping Cart

  1. Click the Catalogue link.
    Then click a category on the left, such as Dresses

  2. Product Pages
    Click the images or names of prodects to see more about them. Under the thumbnails is a Full Size Image link to enlarge the product picture.
    When you find something you like, click the Add To Cart button next to it.

  3. Your Shopping Cart
    Watch Items and Total at the top right, and click the View Cart link at any time to see your detailed shopping cart. You can change the yards of fabric there or remove items. When you are happy with your cart's items and quantities, click Checkout at the top (or the Checkout button if you see one).

  4. Payment Pages
    1. Select a Payment Method (please notice the notes on continuing back to our store to complete the transaction!) by clicking a circle on the right.
    2. Make sure you're address is correct. If not, click the  Change Address  button).
    3. Select the Shipping Carrier under Select Preferred Rate on the right.
    4. Note that we do not charge tax.
    5. When you've verified all the info on this page, click the  Continue  button.
    6. The next page summarizes your order. If anything needs changed, click the  Back  button. Otherwise, click the  Process  button, and be patient as you are taken to either PayPal or 2CheckOut secure payment sites.

  5. Purchase Sites

    3. At either site, please only click each button once to avoid duplicate billing, and be patient once you get there. Usually it won't take very long. When you are done, please click the button to return to our site, or we will receive your payment but may not know what you ordered. You will receive 2 emails confirming your purchase, one from us and one from the purchase site. We will ship your items within 24 hours (unless it is custom clothing) or notify you in the unlikely event of a delay. We're happy to work with you!
Placing Orders By Email

  1. Browse the Catalogue or request a product list by email and choose the items you want. Note the "Model Number".
  2. Send an email to servicetransprism.com or use our Contact Us form to place an order.
  3. Be sure to include the "Model Number" of each product you want as well as the quantity of each product if more than one. Provide as much pertinent info as you can, such as your name, address, telephone number, and what payment method you would prefer.
  4. NOTE! Do not email us your credit card information! If you prefer credit card payment, we will send you an email payment request and the payment must still be made online through our secure credit card processor, even if the order is placed by email. We will also offer instructions for making PayPal payments. Thank you!

  1. We can offer great reduced prices in bulk to retailers. Just send an email to servicetransprism.com or use our Contact Us form to tell us your interests.
